Products damaged by improper voltage, mishandling, operation outside of the rated capacity, alterations and modifications made by anyone other than the seller, or lightning exposure will void the Warranty Policy and forfeit technical support.
Original as-built drawings may be provided where applicable for products outside of the standard warranty period. Technical support and troubleshooting services will be transferred to a 3rd party service provider who will provide a quote for the scope of the requested work.
